Cambridge University has funding available for local community groups doing charitable and educational projects that want to use staff and students from the University as volunteers.

Any group can apply for funds from the Active Community Fund to help the volunteers deliver work for the community – locally, nationally or internationally.

You can apply for up to £5000. Full details can be found on the website at http://www.cam.ac.uk/cambuniv/volunteering/activecommfund.html or e-mail Emma Wenborn, Community Affairs Assistant at emma.wenborn@admin.cam.ac.uk or phone on 01223 339666
