The six Hubs were formed as part of the Government's ChangeUp strategy that aims to increase the quality and quantity of advice and support available to voluntary and community organisations. Four of the Hubs are hosted by NCVO:

•  The ICT Hub
  The ICT Hub is a consortium of voluntary sector organisations who have come together to plan and deliver a co-ordinated framework of ICT guidance, good practice, advice and support for voluntary and community organisations, accessible at a local level.
• Performance Hub (Improving Support)
  The Performance Hub provides free regional training for those who provide advice and support to voluntary, community or social enterprise organisations on how to improve their performance.
• Volunteering Hub (Development of The National Training Strategy for Volunteer Managers)
  Funded by the Home Office and CapacityBuilders as part of the ChangeUp programme delivered by the Volunteering Hub
• Governance Hub
  NCVO’s Governance and Leadership team champions, supports and enables good governance and effective leadership in the voluntary and community sector.  They work with a broad range of organisations, bringing together all sides of the governance and leadership relationship to provide you with the support you need.
• Finance Hub
  The Finance Hub aims to enable voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) to be effective and independent because they are financially sustainable.
