National

  • The Inter Faith Network
    The Inter Faith Network for the UK was founded in 1987 to promote good relations between people of different faiths in this country.  Its member organisations include representative bodies from the Baha'i; Buddhist; Christian; Hindu; Jain; Jewish; Muslim; Sikh; and Zoroastrian communities; national and local inter faith bodies; and academic institutions and educational bodies concerned with inter faith issues.
  • Faithworks
    Faithworks is a movement of thousands of individuals, churches and organisations motivated by their Christian faith to serve the needs of their local communities and positively influence society as a whole.  Faithworks exists to resource, inspire and speak up for these vital initiatives.
  • Faith based Regeneration Network (FbRN)
    The Faith Based Regeneration Network UK (FbRN) is the leading national multi faith network for community development, regeneration and social action. It was set up in 2002 by practitioners of faith based community development, regeneration and social action.  It reaches faith based organisations operating in communities, and is a key partner for government, and voluntary and community organisations at national policy level.
  • Churches' Community Work Alliance (CCWA)
    CCWA stands for the process of community development work as the most empowering and enabling way for the church to express its beliefs in action, in ministry and in mission.
  • The Muslim Council of Britain (MCB)
    The Muslim Council of Britain is a national representative Muslim umbrella body with over 500 affiliated national, regional and local organisations, mosques, charities and schools. The MCB is pledged to work for the common good of society as a whole; encouraging individual Muslims and Muslim organisations to play a full and participatory role in public life.
  • Muslim Association of Britain (MAB)
    Aimed to promote and propagate the principles of positive Muslim interaction with all elements of society to reflect, project and convey the message of Islam in its pure and unblemished form.
  • Hindu Council UK
    Hindu Council UK was founded in 1994 for all Hindus domiciled in the United Kingdom, combining all the Hindu faith denominations, whilst representing various Hindu communities and Hindus from different parts of the world settled in the United Kingdom. It’s main purpose was to give the UK Hindus an effective voice on policy matters with the Government of the day whilst enhancing mutual understanding among the major faiths predominant in the UK. Hindu Council UK is itself a non-partisan faith organisation.

Regional

  • East of England Faiths Council (EEFC)
    The East of England Faiths Council was formed to facilitate the major faith traditions represented in the region in making input to relevant strategy and issues, to act as a clear point of contact for public, private and voluntary bodies; to support local inter faith and faith activity; and to promote the contribution of faiths to the life and well being of the region.
  • Cambridge Inter-Faith Group, UK
    The group comes from many different religious and spiritual groups. The group feels it is important to be guided by the light of religion, to find a way and a truth, which values both unity and diversity and serves to uplift the human spirit. The group aims to keep an open mind, providing a forum where groups and individuals can meet, acknowledge each other, learn to listen and share experiences, so that we are all enriched.
  • FaithNet: East
    FaithNetEast is an information and learning hub for faith communities in the East of England. It is hosted by the East of England Faiths Council in partnership with the Faiths and Civil Society Unit at Goldsmith’s College in the University of London.
  • Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia
    The Diocese spans the Counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the Unitary Authority of Peterborough, and was formed by Papal decree on March 13th 1976. Prior to this the area came under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Northampton.
  • The Suffolk Interfaith Resource (SIFRE)
    The objects of SIFRE is to advance public knowledge and understanding of the teachings, beliefs, traditions and practices of the different religions and philosophies (including their distinctive features and common ground) of communities in Britain and in particular, communities in Suffolk and East Anglia.
